  8. collect or store personal data about other users.

You acknowledge that we may or may not pre-screen content, but that we shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content that is available via the service. By submitting documents, ideas and suggestions to us through our webpages, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. your contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information;
  2. we are not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the contributions;

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who visolates the intellectual property of others.
